Teen Center
A special spot in the library dedicated to serving our Teen population, it features our Young Adult (YA) book collection and several computers reserved for teen use only.
Teen STEAM Kits
Teens can check out one of our special STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics) kits for 2 hours, and use the items within to challenge their mind and develop new skills. Kit themes include exploring robotics, computer programming, graphic design, sculpting, painting, t-shirt printing, button making, Perler beading, and much more. Read more...

Anime Streamers
During this teen led program you can partake in an anime marathon, a discussion about the latest manga, or show off your stellar cosplay attire.

Teens gather to socialize and play video games for two hours every Wednesday.

Listen to, talk about, and play your favorite genres, artists, soundtracks, movie scores, cover songs, music videos, and more.
YouTube Streamers
Teens can relax after school every Friday and stream YouTube in the Teen Center, exploring music videos, current events, scientific discoveries and much more.
CompuGirls Camp
A technology program for girls
Tempe Public Library and ASU have partnered to introduce computational thinking skills to girls in order to help prepare them for S.T.E.M. career fields. In this hands-on camp, we will construct electrical circuits and embellish them with art work while engaging in meaningful discussions about culture and identity. Spring Teen Volunteer Orientation
Acquire Spring volunteer service hours for school while developing professional skills to prepare you for college and career. Lead fun and meaningful activities with children, teens, and library staff.
