Library Study Rooms

The library has eight Study Rooms that can be reserved online with a valid Tempe Public Library card free of charge. Group sizes of 1-8 can reserve a study room for up to two hours per day. For more information, see our Program and Study Room policy.

Manage Your Study Room Reservation

To manage your Study Room reservation, you will need your library card number and PIN or your confirmation number.

Library Program Rooms

The library has two program rooms available to the public to rent which provide space for larger groups to meet, or to accommodate longer event times. Information about our Program Rooms including hourly rates can be found below.

Desert Willow Program Room (max capacity 100)
Ironwood Classroom (max capacity 35)

3. Receive Reservation Confirmation email.

Monday - Wednesday: 9 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Thursday - Saturday: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sunday: Noon - 4:30 p.m.

Tempe Resident (personal use): business address does not qualify
Desert Willow Program Room: $30.00/hr
Ironwood Classroom: $10.00/hr

Non-Resident (personal use): Any non-Tempe resident
Desert Willow Program Room: $60.00/hr
Ironwood Classroom: $20.00/hr

Not-for-Profit Group: Any non-profit 501(c)(3) or other not-for-profit organization
Desert Willow Program Room: $30.00/hr
Ironwood Classroom: $10.00/hr

For Profit Group: Any business or for-profit entity
Desert Willow Program Room: $120.00/hr
Ironwood Classroom: $40.00/hr
